Wild Turkey Poultry Rub: Wild Turkey Road is not just our poultry seasoning blend, it is also an unassumed road – more of a cow path really – on the edge of the property. An herbal salt blend with subtle flavours that pairs well with poultry. It can also be used in salads or on fresh breads.
Wild Turkey Road Poultry Rub: Fresh shallot, fresh sage, dried sage, coarse sea salt
Cranberry Rosemary Finishing Salt: Crunchy slightly sweet and salty with a finish of fresh herbs. Use anything you wish to put salt on. Danielle likes pairing cranberry and rosemary for a sweet and savoury combination to add to salads and vegetables and meat.
