At South Pond Farms we focus on food that has either been grown on the farm or locally, in our community. We also love to serve food fresh from the fire: grilled meats, vegetables, and even bread baked in our wood-fired oven. I believe in this type of cooking. I also just plain love it. Simple, flavorful, and delicious, cooking over fire fills me with a sense of tradition.
Volume 3 of the South Pond series celebrates my love of cooking over open flames and harkens back to quiet days spent at the cottage when everything prepared over the campfire tasted so good.
