Join us for an evening of learning and eating with seasonal ingredients. Make your meal together and enjoy the outcome together. Entertaining made easy and fun in the style of South Pond. Under the experienced hand of our Chef, make a four course dinner with local seasonal ingredients. Learn how to prepare meats, fish and vegetables with tricks from a skilled chef. Each cooking class will focus on a specific theme, skill or type of cuisine.

 $80 + tax per person.  All workshops are from 6 pm – 9 pm.

July 4, 2018: Taste of the BBQ and Craft Beer: Smoking, Grilling, Beef, Sustainable Fish, Sauces | How to make a BBQ a smoker, Grilled rainbow trout, Pommery mayo, paired with Ontario craft beer

July 18, 2018: Taste of the Cellar: Wine & Cheese Cheese board plating, crostini, preserves | Make ricotta, perfect crostini, infused preserves, constructing cheese board with wine pairing

Outside pets are prohibited.

If cancelations are made 48 hour prior to the event date, guests will be eligible to receive full refund or South Pond Farms credit of same value.
