Was it happenstance or karma at work? Just after finishing my last post about kale, I hit the road to visit family in Vermont. The most amazing thing happened while I was there…legislation was introduced to name a state vegetable for Vermont. (Apparently lots of states have an official vegetable—who knew?) One guess which vegetable it is. That’s right—kale!
