Summer Rhubarb Mojito

Not too sweet, not too tart. The mojito is the winner in our books for all-round perfect summer cocktail! If you drink your fair share of mojitos (like us…) and want to liven things up, all you have to do is add your favourite seasonal fruit for a delightful twist on a favourite. If you don’t like rhubarb, try strawberries, blackberries, cherries or even peaches. The possibilities are endless. Get creative and enjoy you newest concoction outside in the summer sun.


Rhubarb Mojito

  • 1 ounce rhubarb simple syrup
  • 1.5 ounce rum
  • fresh mint leaves
  • 1/2 lime
  • soda water
  • Farm Flavours lime sugar rimmer

To make rhubarb simple syrup take 1 part water, 1 part sugar and combine in a pot on the stove. Bring to boil and add rhubarb stalks. Let simmer until sugar is completely dissolved. Strain. Rim glass edge with lime and dip into Farm Flavours sugar rimmer (optional). Combine simple syrup, rum, mint leaves, half lime and muddle in glass. Add ice and top with soda water.
